CANCELLATION POLICY

Trandy Flowers does its best to provide you with high-quality service. If at any one time you have issues with an order, kindly inform us. Trandy Flowers will not cancel or change orders already in processing at the florist either in transit or that have already been delivered. Orders placed on the same day are prepared on the same day and may not be alterable. If you are calling to place an order that we shall deliver the same day you place an order, then our number is +971585904432

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – As a client, once you order a certain service at our company, there is no way you can get a refund. Provided that the following Terms and Conditions are met, the provision of any product or service hereunder cannot be returned.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

The following shipping and delivery terms are subject to the provisions of the Shipping Disclaimer as contained in the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.

Same Day Delivery - If you order before 1 in the morning, the delivery is to Dubai.

Midnight Delivery -  Order before 10 PM for mid-night delivery at 11:00 PM- 12:00 AM. Unfortunately, this service is provided in Dubai only.

Proof of delivery will be used in case there is a dispute on the delivery in the course of the contract.

Trandy Flowers does not promise a time of delivery especially if it is to a rural route address, a hotel, a hospital, a military base, or a cemetery. If you’d like to indicate a particular time you would prefer your delivery to arrive, click the special instructions at the check-out time or select the slot at the check-out time. Trandy Flowers will try its best to honour your requests.

 Delivery Charge

  • Normal Delivery charges will be 10 AED 
  • Quick Delivery charges will be 30 AED ( you will get your order within an hour)
